MCS – Mobile Credit System
Our in-house developed system for short-term credits, using SMS as a carrier, empowers and speeds up the process of handling loan applications in a safe and controlled manner.
The system consists partly of an advanced credit control and scoring module, which performs a credit check based on the mobile operator details (matching these to the application information) and the details from a credit agency or state records (country dependent). Approved applications are automatically sent to a desired e-mail address and / or by SMS, through which a small staff can be alerted to proceed with the out-payment of the loan. The entire process is automated, not taking into account the absolute final credit decision and bank transfer itself.
Thanks to a fully automated billing and invoicing connection, all aspects of back-office duties are taken care of along with the initial application, normally by a connection directly to a billing company. The system logs all payments incoming and out-payments made, as well as specific dates and times of payments, which are then used to assess future possibilities of approving new loans to the same customer.
Through the included easy to use web interface, one can easily see new incoming applications, set-up new products and carry out marketing actions based on statistics from all previous actions.
