Pirkanmaa Hospital District has chosen INA Finland Oy to be reliable for Laboratory Center's telephone reservations service from 3.3.2008 onwards. INA Finland's service covers reservations as well as cancellation of reserved times.

Laboratory Center regional network produces laboratory services in more than 40 offices in Tampere and the Pirkanmaa region. The Center's appointment service will handle about 80,000 telephone calls annually. "We are appointing 15 telephone service professionals to take care of the Center's appointment service. Thus, we can ensure that we handle every incoming call with highest of quality" says sales manager Janne Savonen INA Finland and continues: "The central laboratory will be able to focus on its core activities by outsourcing the appointment services. At the same time, this also strengthens cooperation between the industry and public administration in Pirkanmaa region."

Helsinki City Transport's popular mobile phone ticketing service provider is changed 1.7.2007. HKL and INA Finland Oy has entered into a three-year contract with the service implementation.

At the same time the ticket order number changes from 16353 to 16355. The new number comes up 1.7.2007. Ticket prices and ordering instructions remain unchanged.
Text message based ticket is one of Helsinki's most popular single tickets. More than 10 million tickets have been sold since 2002 and one in five sold tickets are cell phone tickets. HKL's mobile ticket has been rewarded several times as a progressive mobileservice.
INA Finland is a Finnish company providing value-added services for telecommunications, which was established in 1989 and is part of the INA Group. INA Finland office is in Tampere. The company offers mobile, contact center, audio and telemarketing services.
Mobileticket is valid in Helsinki trams, subway, Suomenlinna ferry, subway's eastern connecting bus routes, bus lines 15 and 15A to and from the port, and the commuter trains. Possibility of extending the service throughout the Helsinki internal bus services is being investigated.
